SHIPPING POLICY

TCHE Hair shipping hours are Monday-Friday until 4 pm EST. There is no weekend shipping at this time.
Orders typically ship within 7-10 business days of order processing.
Once tracking is available, the tracking number will be emailed to the customer.
If you have any questions or concerns, please contact us.
Shipping delays may occur during the holiday season.
Expedited shipping is not available at this time.
If a customer provides an incomplete address, TCHE Hair will try its best to make the correction prior to shipping. After shipping, a reshipping fee may be applied at the customer's expense.
If you receive a damanged product, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt with pictures of damage. If product damage is not reported within 48 hours, TCHE Hair will be unable to accept responsibility for the damages.

RETURNS POLICY

Orders can be cancelled completely within 24 hours of placing orders. After 24 hours, customers can contact us to submit a return request to receive store credit.
Once a customer receives their product(s) and is not satisfied with it, they have 14 days to contact us to submit a return request. After 14 days, product(s) cannot be returned at all.
All returns must be postmarked within fourteen (14) days of the delivery date. Return instructions will be given by customer service.
All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached. Original shipping cost is non-refundable.
Worn products and accessory items cannot be returned.

PICKUP ORDERS

Customers within metro Atlanta may pay choose "Free pickup" at checkout. Customer will be emailed to coordinate pickup once product(s) are ready.
The pickup location will be emailed when the order is ready. Pickup day and time will be negotiated when order is ready.
If a customer chooses the "Free pickup" option by mistake, we will send an email shipping fee invoice so the order can be shipped.
Pickup orders will be kept at the pickup location for 30 days only. TCHE HAIR is not responsible for the unclaimed orders after the 30 day period.
